First quality genuine Cowhide Leather, tanned with a chemical-free, traditional vegetable tanned method, is used during the production.
This tanning method is the oldest known and most laborious tanning method. All natural ingredients and oils are used. Generally, extracts of acorn, chestnut, mimosa and kebrocha trees are used.

Products made with these leathers, called "Vegetal", are healthy, long-lasting and valuable. Our craftsmanship specialize in processing leather with minimal intervention to the natural appearance (wounds, scratches, veins). This naturalness prevents the monotonous appearance by making each product “unique”.

Due to the natural structure of the leather, the product you receive may have slight nuance differences from the shop photo. This is a clear statement that that product is special for you.

Your product will change as you use it and have a wonderful color and appearance that will age.
We process only the best quality leather in our workshop and produce it handmade on your behalf. It is hand-sewn with wax-covered threads using the traditional saddler technique. This means it is much stronger than machine sewing.
